Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]

Q: Will the game have the original's story?
A: Yes; we're trying to make it as close to the original as possible.
Q: Will the game have Multiplayer?
A: Yes; the original had Multiplayer, so by all means, it will be added.
Q: How about some co-op?
A: No; the original did not have co-op, because it was meant to give the player a feeling of being alone in many situations.
Q: Are you one of the developers?
A: Yes; I'm actually the one who started the project.
Q: What additional content will be added?
A: Not much; remember that this is basically just a Source remake of the original, only with some touchups and small content addons.
Q: Will this game be available for Steam?
A: Maybe; if I can fill out the paperwork and get money, then yes. If not, then no.
Q: Will there be any additional characters?
A: No; please consult to the additional content question.
Q: Who is voice acting?
A: No one is at the moment.
Q: Can I help out with development?
A: YES; we need ALL the help we can get!
Q: Is there a predicted amount of time when the game will be released?
A: Unfortunately not; we cannot predict how long development will take.
Q: Will I get credited for only suggesting?
A: Meh. Maybe.
Q: Can I make Let's Play of Area 51: Remake?
A: Yes, you're welcome to create Let's Play styled videos of Area 51: Remake and monetize them if you want.
Q: Do I need Half-Life 2 to play this?
A: You may; so far, you require HL2 in order to play the mod, but once I start working with the configurations, then we'll see.

Updated the OP with accurate information. We no longer have voice actors and I added the bit about requiring HL2.
